Order and Payment
We accept online credit and debit card payments directly on our website. Customers can pay using the cards listed below.

VISA, MASTERCARD, PAYPAL CREDIT CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, SWITCH, SOLO, VISA DELTA, VISA ELECTRON.

The Payment gateway is via Paypal, the safe, fast and convenient online payment service, with no sign-up necessary.

PayPal developed the world's most advanced proprietary fraud-prevention system to ensure the security of any personal or transactional information in our payment network. We will never share your personal account information with anyone.

Postage and Packaging
Delivery Charges are as follows:

UK residents £4.50 - Orders over £30 may be sent either by Recorded or Special Delivery both of which require a signature upon delivery. Free delivery on orders over £200.

Overseas Delivery £6.00 - Orders over £30 may be sent via Airsure or International Signed for.

Please Note: Customs charges may be levied by the customs authorities in the receiving Countries outside of the EU, these charges are outside of our control and must be paid for by the purchaser. The amounts vary and further information can be obtained from your appropriate Customs Office.


Delivery Times

All orders received by 5 pm Monday to Friday will be despatched within 48 hours.

UK Delivery upto 3 days* from despatch

Overseas Delivery upto 5 days* from despatch


*Working days, excludes weekends and bank holidays
*The times listed are aim times quoted by Royal Mail, the actual delivery is outside of our direct control. Times quoted exclude the 48 hour processing time.


Delivery Address

All first orders have to be delivered to the registered card address, address registered by Paypal. Subsequent orders can be sent to an alternative shipping address. However we reserve the right to ship to the billing address on all orders. In this instance we will notify you before despatch

Returns Policy
UK returns policy

We are sure you will be happy with your purchase but if for some reason you find it is not suitable we ask that you contact us by email, to advise that you will be returning the item(s), which needs to be received by us no later than 7 days from receipt, at which time we will provide the returns address. Please advise us of the reason for return. This will help us to improve our service in the future. If you require a replacement please advise us during this initial contact, this will enable us to reserve any such items for you, where available.

All returns must be received to the stated address within 7 days of you receiving them. Furthermore to qualify for a full refund less postage*, all items must be in the original condition in which they were despatched. All sales tags and labels must still be attached and the original packaging present. Where items were part of a set, all parts must be returned to qualify for a refund. Items must be clean, unworn and free from any odours and in resalable condition.

The original packing slip must be enclosed with any returns to qualify for a refund. Refunds will be made within 30 days. Refunds can only be credited back to the original debit/credit card used in the original transaction. An email will be sent once the refund has been processed.

All returns are the responsibility of the purchaser until they are safely received by us, we therefore recommend that any items intended for refund are sent carefully packaged to insure they reach us in the original condition of sale, and by an insured traceable postal service which would cover the cost of the items should they be lost or damaged en route. The post office should be able to advise you of the best service to use. We regret that we can not refund the original postage/packaging charged as these are direct cost, also we are unable to refund the postage cost for returning the item(s)

Any returns that fall outside of the above policy will not be refunded. However at our discretion we may make a partial refund of up to 50 per cent of the original purchase price less postage were returns fall outside of the above conditions.

Returns from outside UK/EU

We can not be held responsible for any customs duty therefore please clearly mark your package as returns/unwanted item. Any customs duty/charges charged to us will be deducted from the final refund total.
